149-Lot Townhome Subdivision Planned for 3010 Rock Quarry Rd in Raleigh

Rock Quarry Rd, located in Southeast Raleigh, known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational developments. But soon, this region of the city will experience some changes. According to documents filed with the City of Raleigh, Summerfield Crossing is a proposed subdivision of 149 townhomes developed by Ashton Woods.

This company has developed multiple other communities in the area such as Rowland's Grant, Holleman Hills South, and Middleton Farms. As of March 11th, the project has passed the completeness review stage. The project's plan review is scheduled for April 8th.
