Major subdivision coming to West Chapel Road

Located just off Sweeten Creek Road, a new subdivision is coming to the south side of Asheville.

Brooklyn Meadows will be an 18-lot subdivision located at 11 W Chapel Road. Directly across the street from the cemetery, this community will be primarily consist of single family homes.

The project is currently scheduled for review by the Technical Review Committee on April 7th, 2025.
