Midrise condo complex coming to downtown Asheville

A new mid-rise condominium complex is set to alter the skyline of downtown Asheville.

Located at 161 Church Street, the Churchill Condos will be a 106,000 square foot structure including 18,000 square feet of parking space. Consisting of 48 residential units, this development is being facilitated by the consulting company WithersRavenel.

Proposed at just over 72 feet tall, the Churchill Condos will rival the height of the Biltmore Avenue Condos at 145 Biltmore Avenue.
